At Eclore, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality chocolates. Due to the perishable and edible nature of our products, we have outlined our Return & Refund Policy below. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns on Chocolates

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on chocolates or edible products once delivered.
  • This policy applies to all items including chocolate bars, boxes, bonbons, and gift sets.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We understand issues may occur during delivery. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged, melted, or incorrect item
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video proof is provided showing the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been prepared or dispatched.
  • Same-day or custom orders are non-cancellable.

5. Allergies & Personal Preference

  • Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, taste preference, or allergies.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchase.
